At GarimaCreates, we take pride in creating custom, made-to-order products with love and care. Below are the details of our shipping process to ensure a smooth experience for you.
Processing Time
- Since all our products are custom-made, please allow 2-3 business days for production before your order is shipped.
- Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product complexity. We will notify you in case of any delays.
Shipping Time & Rates
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
- Estimated shipping times:
- Standard Shipping: 5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2 business days
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order through our shipping partner’s website or via your order confirmation email.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to the US.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, don't hesitate to contact us at garimacreates2025@gmail.com, and we will assist you in tracking your package.
- If an order arrives damaged, please email us within 1 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s), and we will work on a resolution.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Address Errors & Returns
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or non-pickup, customers are responsible for reshipping fees.
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
- During holidays and peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. Please order in advance to avoid delays.
